Chocolate 101 : $30  All supplies are included for your first completed project (up to one pound). Discover how to simplify detail work and make filled candies. This class includes a short demonstration. We are here to answer questions and help while you experiment and create your own chocolate treasures. You also receive a FREE mold and a box for your treats! This is not a tempering class, but it is a ton of fun!  Approximately 2 hours.

Tempering and Truffles :  $85  All supplies are included. Learn the science and logic behind the tempering process. We will assist as YOU temper chocolates from around the world. Invent your own ganache flavor combinations, learn techniques and take home recipes. Leave with your three dozen truffles!  Approximately 3 ½ to 4 hours.

Magnet Molds & Tempering Class$130  All supplies are included. Learn molding techniques using magnet molds and transfer sheets. You will temper colored cocoa butter and airbrush on custom printed cocoa butter sheets. You will make more than a pound of truffles in which you design custom flavor profiles. Bring the wow factor to your box of chocolate! (If you plan ahead, send your personal logo to us for use in class, and there are options to make more.)  Approx. 5 hours.  Prerequisite is the Tempering & Truffles class.

Tempering & Mass Production Truffles :  $245  All supplies and boxes are included for your first 200 truffles.  Want more?  Just pay for the cost of materials, $0.65 each truffle, and discounts for additional packaging.  Prerequisite is the Tempering & Truffles class.   This is not a class.  This is a workshop.  Approx. 6 – 10 hours.

Butter Cream Piping : $65  All supplies are included. Build skills and learn the basics. This class is great for new decorators and experienced bakers. Our approach is fun and everyone could use more practice. You even take homework with you so that you know the next steps to mastering the beast! Approximately 3 hours.

Basic Cake :  $65  All supplies are included, except two 8” round cakes; cakes can be pre-ordered for $6 each. You will learn how to cut, fill, crumb coat, and put a nice finished coat on your buttercream frosted cakes. Use basic piping techniques to frost your cake and decorate using one of your many new skills! Approximately 3 ½ to 4 hours.

Basic Fondant : $65  All supplies are included, except two 8” round cakes and fondant; both can be pre-ordered for an additional $16. You will learn how to cut, fill, and crumb coat for fondant application as well as covering with fondant in order to achieve a smooth surface. We teach you basic techniques such as pearls, crimping, bows and swags, and quilting and we share trouble shooting tips for bubbles and buckling as well. Approximately 4 hours.

Cake Carving : $75  All supplies are included, except a 9” x 13” cake and fondant; both can be pre-ordered for an additional $16, or you may bring your own. Learn to carve for dimension, frost for dimension, cover sculpting with fondant, manipulate fondant, and then … we airbrush!  We will make a fish cake, but you can use these skills to carve most anything. This class is so much fun you will want to take it again and again. Approximately 4 hours.

Unicorn Cake :  $65  All supplies are included, except two 8″ round cakes and fondant; both can be pre-ordered for an additional $12.  You will learn how to cut, fill and crumb coat for fondant application as well as covering with fondant in order to achieve a smooth surface.  We will also teach you basic buttercream techniques and add a horn for the unicorn! Approximately 4 hours.

Victorian Style Cakes –  $100  All supplies are included; one is a piping skill builder.  Leave with 3 cakes that you cover with boarders upon boarders. Make beautiful old school cakes with new world twists.  This class comes with an idea sheet and practice exercises. You will experiment with design, pressure, and techniques as you improve and develop your own style.

Highland Cow Cake –   $70 All supplies are included, except three 8″ round cakes ; both can be pre-ordered for an additional $12.  You will learn how to cut, fill, and crumb coat cakes. We will use fondant to sculpt a cute cow face. Then the fun begins as we become highland hair stylists in buttercream using bag striping techniques. This is fun with a bunch of sweet additions  to melt your heart. Approximately 4 hours.

Cake Trends I : $120  All supplies are included. Learn modern techniques and new recipes. Take home several mini (5”) cakes. In this class, we will play with galaxy and gold leaf mirror glaze, transfer sheet wrap cake, geode, piping stripes with drip, and the ombre effect. Come for delicious fun! Approximately 4 hours.

Cake Trends II : $120  All supplies are included. Learn modern techniques and new recipes. Take home several mini (5”) cakes. In this class, we will play with torched mirror glaze, hedgehog with Russian tips, palette knife painting with buttercream, cake comb stripe with drip, and fault line. Come for delicious fun! Approximately 4 hours.

Cake Trends III : $120  All supplies are included. Learn modern techniques and new recipes. Take home several mini (5”) cakes. In this class, we will play with string art mirror glaze, frozen buttercream, tsunami, anti-gravity, and food ‘imposter’. Come for delicious fun! Approximately 4 hours.

Cake Trends IV : $120  All supplies are included. Learn modern techniques and new recipes. Take home several mini (5”) cakes. In this class, we will play with mirror dome, tree bark, anti-gravity, origami wrap and isomalt sail with ridged sides and balls. Come for delicious fun! Approximately 4 hours.

Cake Trends V: $120  All supplies are included. Learn modern techniques and new recipes. Take home several mini (5”) cakes. In this class, we will play with mirror slope, lambeth style, cactus sunset, cartoon, and tree house, Come for delicious fun! Approximately 4 hours.

Cake Trends VI : $120  All supplies are included. Learn modern techniques and new recipes. Take home several mini (5”) cakes. In this class, we will play with mirror – basketball, golf – image wrap, baseball hat, football – field and pinata foot ball, and hockey player – bobble head. Come for delicious fun! Approximately 4 hours.

Cake Trends VII : $120  All supplies are included. Learn modern techniques and new recipes. Take home several mini (5”) cakes. In this class, we will play with mirror glaze – half-flocked, chocolate lace wrap, layered buttercream, Highland cow, and pinata. Come for delicious fun! Approximately 4 hours.

Cupcake Fun : $55  All supplies are included. Learn to fill, wash, and frost. We will work with buttercream, fondant, and ganache. Make 12 different cupcakes using various decorating techniques you can also use on your cakes. Come for a sampling of fun and technique! Approximately 2 hours.

Buttercream Flowers :  $55  All supplies are included. Pipe flowers – daffodils, daisies, hydrangeas, sunflowers, hibiscus and more. Learn our petal theory and you will see how to build your own flowers based on petal shape, number of petals, and placement. Also, we share some tricks and shortcuts. This is a garden of sweet fun! Approximately 2 hours.

Russian Tips on Cupcakes : $55  All supplies are included.  Learn to fill, wash, and frost.  We will make 12 different gorgeous cupcakes using various Russian tips and decorating techniques.  This is a hands on color class. Play with color blending, matching, and consistency, using tried and true methods.  Join the fun and learn various techniques.  Approximately 2 hours.

Cake Pops : $55  All supplies are included. Learn to mix your own recipes and form your pops using three different techniques. Dip with success and decorate for fun. Leave with 16 of your own creations! Approximately 2 hours.

Flow Cookies : $55  All supplies are included. We make royal icing, give out recipes, and have cookies ready for you to decorate. We will show you how to build a dam, flow in icing, and make flow patterns. This is a ton of fun! We show you tricks and you decorate all your own dozen cookies to take home. Approximately 2 hours.

Petit Fours : $90  All supplies are included. Learn old school and modern techniques. Take home beautiful bite-sized cakes and amaze your friends! Piping patterns and recipes included. Approximately 4 hours.

Airbrushing Techniques$50  Come learn fun airbrushing techniques for all your cake and fondant decorating needs.  All supplies included.  Build skills and learn the basics. This class is great for new decorators and experienced bakers. Our approach is fun and everyone could use more practice.  Approximately 2 hours.

Chocolate Tasting Class :  $65  Bring your taste buds for a chocolate tasting tour around the world. Get tasting and pairing sheets. Learn a little history and have a lot of fun! We even send you home with chocolate samples for later. Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages for pairing too. Approx. 2 hrs.
