Dawn’s Candy & Cake is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. All returned items must include the Shipping Receipt. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be in new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.

To return your item(s), please pack them in the original tube or box and include a copy of your receipt with the reason for return and specifically state what action you would like us to take: Exchange or Refund. Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of order placements. Cancellations are not refunded if item has already been shipped. Returned items are subject to above return policy and shipping is not refundable.
