·       1 pound chocolate

·       1 cup heavy whipping cream

·       1 tablespoon butter (optional adds flavor)

·       1 tablespoon glucose (optional invert sugar adds shelf life and organizes sugars, others are corn syrup, honey, trimoline)

·       Flavor to taste

Boil cream, melt chocolate, stir until smooth, and add flavors.

If something doesn’t work… add more cream (want it softer, add more cream).
